Your reservation is not complete until you have received an email confirmation.
Yes. Full payment for your celebration is due upon booking.
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be submitted at least two weeks prior to your celebration. If you choose to cancel a week prior, you may receive a half refund. Any cancellations submitted less than a week prior to your scheduled celebration will forfeit your right to receive a refund.

Yes. You will be allowed into the room 30 minutes prior to your party start time to set-up any food, drink, decorations, etc.
